Our tech simply wanted to offer a professional opinion given the amount of work that needed to be repaired on the vehicle. While we would have preferred to do the repairs, it would have been a big ticket item. Since many of our clients do not like spending that kind of money on older vehicles, he just wanted to make the suggestion. Please understand he did not mean to insult you or make you feel uneasy with our service department.
