In my case, I felt misled and overcharged without proper explanation. The final bill was significantly higher than what I expected, and I was not clearly informed about all the charges beforehand. It felt like costs were added without transparency or proper authorization. What was even more frustrating was the feeling that my car was being held hostage until I agreed to pay the inflated amount. As a customer, that creates an extremely uncomfortable and stressful situation. I believe car service should be honest, transparent, and clearly communicated — especially when it comes to pricing. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope management takes feedback seriously and improves their customer service and billing transparency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. More

As a woman, it’s hard to get someone to take you seriously when dealing with car repairs, but Marcus gave me respect, went out of his way to introduce himself to me and shook my hand when I was about to pull out of the lot. Colma is out of my way as I live in the East Bay, but I will be bringing my car to your shop to get Marcus to assist me again.
