While hesitant to buy sight unseen, I was extremely pleased with the process, service, & minivan. Rick was my initial contact & he was very helpful & professional. Guy was professional & pleasant, he drove 6 hours round trip to deliver my car to me! Thats above & beyond normal but in COVID 19 days, it was a welcome & unexpected pleasure. Rebekah and the team were great. I was very interested in a particular truck and came down to Oklahoma City from Wichita to buy a newer truck. I checked in with them and found out the I was very interested in a particular truck and came down to Oklahoma City from Wichita to buy a newer truck. I checked in with them and found out they had moved the truck to another lot 3 hours away. They brought the truck back the next day and I bought it. Great deal and great people to deal with. More

Relatively painless. I dont like buying vehicles, so is always stressful. The salesman and loan personnel were friendly, stayed late to get us taken care of. I think 399.00for doc processing is absolutely always stressful. The salesman and loan personnel were friendly, stayed late to get us taken care of.
