What could a car dealership do that would be even better than giving you the best possible deal on a car or truck and follow it up with excellent customer and car service? They could help you in a true tim than giving you the best possible deal on a car or truck and follow it up with excellent customer and car service? They could help you in a true time of crisis with little incentive for themselves. That is exactly what Brian McRae and the people of Seth Wadley Ford Lincoln in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma did for me and my family. They reached out to my family offering to lend us cars after we lost four cars in the May 20th tornado. We borrowed two cars and were able to work out our insurance and replace our cars without any problems thanks to the help from Seth Wadley Ford. We would have been in such a bind without their help. To our surprise, we only had rental insurance on one car. We also knew there was a limited supply of rental cars in our area due to the large number of people without vehicles. This dealership lending us cars to get through our most troubling time was a blessing and a real display of generosity. I would recommend Seth Wadley Ford Lincoln or any part of the Seth Wadley family of dealerships to any person looking for a new or used vehicle due to Seth Wadley’s sincere commitment to their community and service to the people of Oklahoma. from Ada and bought at SW based on hype. Took my car in several times and problem would get fixed temporarily each time, so they tell me I should trade it in before my warranty expires becasue "sometimes y several times and problem would get fixed temporarily each time, so they tell me I should trade it in before my warranty expires becasue "sometimes you just get a problem vehicle". Glad i didn't do it because i went to another dealer the next time and they asked me if i did the work myself because it was getting patched but the real problem was never fixed. Kept my receipts so i could prove i didn't void my warranty. Funny how service is always busy when you don't buy other services after your first "free" oil change too More

I said I am interested in a New Car purchase. I told them exactly what I wanted, and the features. I was called a few times, and asked to schedule an appointment, which was fine. I called back, after scheduling, and asked 'Is the Edge that you quoted me in the e-mail on the lot for me to buy', she said yes, absolutely and then 'Will you be there Friday?'(day after Thanksgiving) she said 'Yes!'. My wife and I drove from Norman to Pauls Valley (about an hour with holiday traffic) and when we got there and Cindy was not there. She didn't tell me, that Jeff would take care of us(another hit). Then, we asked to see the Ford Edge, that we drove down to see(and buy). He balked and then went away for several minutes, then came back and said 'It is Not here'. We then left and Zac called us, and asked if he could sell us a car. I laughed and said, you guys kind of blew it, or something like that. I said I would talk it over with my wife. Cindy called me Monday to ask ' How'd you like the car?' I said you lyed to me. She said I didn't know or something like that. ****I guess she is going by she is not very bright instead or a lying salesman!**** More
