We were met by a very helpful salesman who showed us around several vehicles. He soon narrowed down our needs to an Envoy XL. We love the car! This dealership is notorious for lying and will do and say anything to cover up their lies. I had purchased three vehicles from them in the past only to find out that on my latest visit, they could care say anything to cover up their lies. When confronted about the situation through the Better Business Bureau, they told lie after lie to try and cover their mistakes. I will never by from this dealerhip again and I hope that people shop around at other dealerships before going to Sewell Ford. More

I just left the service department and was told I could make an appointment for 3 weeks away. If I leave it, it will be 8-10 working days. I asked about driving the truck until then and was told that was my option. When it blows up then they can put in a new engine where I'm sure its minor at this point. More
