Buying our new 2025 Traverse has been an experience I didn’t expect. No reason why except that I didn’t expect buy a Traverse. Oh my gracious, was I ever surprised. Our salesman, Michael Hernly, led me to the exact vehicle I have been dreaming of. I told him what I had to have and what I didn’t want. He certainly knew his inventory. I’ve had the ,”Let me show you what we’ve got” routine before. Michael was more like, to paraphrase, “We’ve got just what you want.” And he was right. My gosh, he knew every tiny detail of that vehicle. He knew how to work every application on the screens. And better…..he knew how to explain it to me. His patience is a shining attribute. He was so very kind. The test drive was great. He made sure I was comfortable. He was very respectful explaining things to me. So much to learn but he has assured me that I may contact him with any questions. I already have since taking it home and he’s been extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable in helping me figure out getting to the financing stage. Explained all of the benefits and advantages of the Zurich protection plan. He offered us a fair trade which made our life much easier. He so professionally handled our insurance. I was very impressed with his patience. We bounced back and forth on some decisions and he supported us in either direction, I believe. No pressure brought faith in the whole transaction for us. He trusted us. It all went very smoothly in the end because he knew the answers to any snag we hit. And the car….oh my gosh, we are in love. Our neighbors love it. I’ll definitely suggest Michael Hernly to friends.
