My Review of Shawnee Mission Hyundai:
I have bought two Hyundais from this dealership: a 2011 Sonata Limited and a 2012 Genesis 3.8 V-6. I traded the Sonata for the Genesis. Wasn't really looking for a car but Michael Ball and Dave Burris offered a price for the new car and a trade in that was too good to pass on. Hyundai was also offering very good rebates; I think they are still on through May 2012. I do alot of research before buying a car. I also shop and talk with other dealers. This dealer was the best by far. Dave Burris is a very good salesman. Michael Ball (I hope that is the correct name) is an excellent sales manager. I plan on buying from them again and would recommend them with no hesitation. I already have to my boss The person in finance (I can not remember her name, sorry, very professional, well organized and personable woman) was also great to work with. By all means check on cars.com or whatever website you prefer and talk with another dealership. I think you'll be very happy with SM Hyundai.

My Review of Shawnee Mission Hyundai:
This is my second Hyundai and absolutely love it. I have a Tucson and when we were ready to trade in our Stratus, I didn't even bother to look at any other brand of car. Already having the Tucson, I wasn't sure I wanted a car again, but my husband wanted something that got GREAT gas milage, so I started looking at the Elantra and was sure that was what I wanted. After talking to Henry, he suggested I test the Sonata because it has a bit more leg room in it for road trips and such. My husband and I both LOVED it. I am always getting compliments on it. I just bought a new Hyundai Sonata Limited turbo. I traded in my hyundai Tiburon that I bought from them Five years ago! I loved it so much that I wanted to buy another Hyundai. And Im so glad I went to Shawnee Mission Hyundai to buy again. I worked with Chris Miller He was absolutely fantastic in every professional way. He got me a great trade in price for my Tiburon and Introduced me to the amazing Sonata that I instantly fell inlove with. Chris was very good to my son, husband, and myself. He showed us all the features of the Sonata (he knows his cars)! The dealership did not have the car in the color I wanted so Chris and Michael worked very hard to find it for me and they did just that! I was actually going to buy a different car from a different dealership but after talking to Chris and Michael, discovering the sonata, the overall price and warranty and overall satisfaction I had with every one and the car it was a no brainer to buy from Shawnee Mission Hyundai. Thank you Chris and Michael.

My Review of Shawnee Mission Hyundai:
Well this is my second Genesis I've bought from these guys in the last year. I completed my trade from beginning to end via email except for signing the final papers. These guys are great. Steve Genova is the best salesman I've ever worked with and I've dealt with a bunch. I'm 58 and have had the same dealings that I'm sure all of you have...haggle for hours and then leave irritated, disappointed and without a car!! Not with these guys. Their initial offer was over $5K less than the other dealers!! After negotiating with several emails I agreed to what I thought was a fair deal. I asked them to send me a detailed email with all the specifics so I would have it on paper and they did that. When I got there (they are 200 miles away from where I live) my email with the specifics wasn't needed, they had everything ready and waiting. In and out in about an hour and half. They're staff is great! They are by far the best dealership I've ever used. If you are looking for a car you MUST try these guys out. Give em a shot. Shoot Steve an email and see for yourself!
Thank you SHAWNEE MISSION!! I'll be back, hopefully it won't be in a year. Lol I need to stop trading so often. The 5.0 RSEC Genesis is awesome!! When you mash the gas you better be ready, it's a screamer.
I guess the logical next step will be to step up to the Equus.
IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT GETTING A CAR, DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, TEST THESE GUYS OUT FOR YOURSELF!!! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.

I purchased my second hyundai in february this year from Carolina. BEST DECISION EVER! Not only did she call me when there was a special, she called me when there was one black car left. I reserved it and bought it that day. One of the great parts about it was she went over everything I needed to know about my car which to me was great customer service. I think a 5 doesn't even cut it for how well she worked with me. I give her a 150!!!

My Review of Shawnee Mission Hyundai:
Our salesman, Henry Frazier, was absolutely wonderful! As a very picky woman, Henry spent hours showing me different cars (several times) before I made a decision and remained patient and delightful. He also entertained us while we waited for the details of finance to be worked out. His only bad trait was that he's a Mizzou fan, I tried to get him come to the KU side, unfortunately he couldn't be persuaded. On a more serious note, I would highly recommend the dealership to all my friends and family.
