Great Day to explore the Hyundai Walked in late Saturday evening looking for a good deal on a Hyundai Santa Fe. Met with Bill Crockett and he took me outside to view the models in stock. I was searching for a vehicle for my wife and wanted to surprise her because she new nothing about this. Bill showed me a few vehicles and after finding what I was looking for, 2014 Santa Fe took it out for a road test and loved it. Bill was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Some sales reps want to get you in there and out as quick as possible but Bill took time to make sure I chose the right vehicle that fits my budget and not talk me into getting something just to ring up a high sale. I bought the Santa Fe but now I have to get it home. Bill offered to drive my new car to my house 14 miles away so that I could surprise my wife that night. Well, it's hard to surprise your wife with a new car around 8:30pm and there is a power outage in your neighborhood but we made it work. Bill helped make that one heck of a surprise. Thanks Bill. At first I was very unsure if I was getting a good deal or even the best deal on my 2013 Hyundai Certified Accent. It took me a very long time to decide if I was even going to get the car. Bill was patient and talked me through everything so that I fully understood what I was doing and how it would help. To prove to me that I was getting the best deal for my car he did a vehicle search of 2012-2013 certified used Accents in the entire US. Of course the car that I wanted was number 4 on the list with the top cars being 400 plus miles away from where I was. Bill didn't push me to make any decisions that I wasn't comfortable with as this was my first car and I really had no idea of how the car buying process worked. I had my mind on a set price but that changed when Bill got my interest rate lowered 11 points. I walked out of there with a car a year newer with a great warranty than I would have gotten if I would have used my USAA auto loan. Great job Bill thank you very much. More
