I recently received two notices that I needed to make an appointment for first maintenance on my new Santa Fe which I did. However when I went to the dealership no one seemed to know what that consisted of. appointment for first maintenance on my new Santa Fe which I did. After wasting half a day I emailed the manager of Sheehy Hyundai about this for which I have received no response.Since then I received my monthly vehicle report which stated that "maintenance is due on my vehicle. Contact Sheehy of Waldorf". I don't think I will bother because you evidently don't know anything about this. I don't get a warm feeling about taking my car to your dealership. On top of this when I was there every seat in your waiting room was taken which indicates to me that you don't do a very good job scheduling. Why would anyone want to take 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get an oil change. I'm used to 1/2 hour to accomplish this. I have queried Hyundai about this. Perhaps they know what maintenance if any is needed on my vehicle. I had problems when I bought my vehicle there and it seems I will a]ways have problems if I continue dealing there. More

Clyde was a tremendous help. He received my daughters car from the tow company late afternoon. The next morning he had the problem diagnosed, authorized and fixed and we were able to get her car back within from the tow company late afternoon.
