I'd like to congratulate the dealership on employing Mr. Glenn Somerville. I had a Carvana vehicle and it was during my seven day trial period that I decided to comparison shop. I went to Sheehy and Mr. Glenn Somerville. I had a Carvana vehicle and it was during my seven day trial period that I decided to comparison shop. I went to Sheehy and Mr. Somerville helped me to find a comparable vehicle with much better terms which saved me over 4,000 dollars total and included a more extensive warranty which far exceeded the warranty offered by Carvana. I returned the Carvana vehicle and purchased the vehicle from Sheehy instead. Mr. Somerville was also professional, courteous, attentive and helped me find a vehicle which met my specifications and budget. His advice was timely and he also went the extra mile in bringing my car to me, explaining how it worked and following up to see if I had any questions. The thank you email was also a great touch. I initially went just to see how much my car was worth and to test drive the Kona. I ended up leaving in exactly what I came for. Everyone I worked with was amazing. Eric Coates needs recognition for not only being an exceptional Product Specialist but also an exceptional human being. Well let's just say one popped up in my budget within the low mileage range I was looking for and I literally gasped out loud, "YES!!!! That's the one I want!!" Not only did he have a driver retrieve it from up the road before closing, he also jumped through every hoop possible to lock in my first real deal of a credit investment. Throughout the entire process, I was a bit taken back at how much Eric treated me like a member of his family. I was not just a number; not just stranger in public; not just another customer or sale. Not just a quick manipulated force of commission. I was seen as a person with a want, need, desire, and a dream. Never in my life have I experienced such an old soul, full of compassion in such an honest businessman.
