Admittedly, it was very helpful that a Hyundai associate brought the paperwork necessary for the lease to my place of work because I was unable to get away, but given the level of service I have received since, it appears that was more about meeting individual sales goals than customer service. From the moment we arrived to pick up the car, no one from the dealership has seemed to care about assisting us, presumably because the lease agreement has been signed so they no longer care. I will note, however, that Kamari was helpful on the day we picked up the car. More
