Stay Away..... Finance Department has been really sketchy.. This place is dismal at best. I was going to let things slide as an honest mistakes/misunderstandings until they kept happening in different financing This place is dismal at best. In true financing fashion, once Jasmine realized she could not swindle (and I use this word lightly) me, her hospitality turned to frustration. The General Manager (Erica) has not handled the situation accordingly and blew me off as a generalized consumer. Hey guys... I am NOT SATISFIED with your services. I concur with another review, "take your hard earned money somewhere else". Buyer Beware.... My car has been in the shop FIVE times since purchasing December 31, 2018. I took it to KIA OF WALDORF for 3 repairs. One of the items repaired was a water-filled tail light. According to Maryland State Inspection guidelines, the car was not supposed to have been sold with the tail-light out. HMMMMM... More
