My Review of Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis:
We purchased our first Lexus RX eight years ago from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. The service given by them over those eight years has been exceptional. In fact, we moved to over a hundred miles away, yet continued to have our SUV serviced in Annapolis at Sheehy Lexus. So, when we gave that vehicle to our daughter, we decided on another Lexus RX, this time a 2012 SUV. We know we will get the same great service from this dealership. To top it off, we were fortunate to have a very knowledgeable and honest sales person by the name of Kelly List. She was responsive, informative, was able to answer our many questions about the new version RX vs. our 2004 RX. Kelly's follow-up was also exceptional. We actually didn't even have to go to the showroom. In less than 24 hours from our first contact with her, she delivered our vehicle to us in another state. Furthermore, we decided to add some accessories, and she handled those transactions just as efficiently. So now we add our kudos to Kelly List, as well as Sheehy's excellent Service Department.

My Review of Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis:
We used their internet sales website to look at the inventory and ask for assistance. Chris List immediately followed up with us about our interest in a CT200 hybrid. He was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions about the hybrid technology. It really helped that he owned the vehicle and could answer questions from first hand experience.
The sales process was also very simple. Chris had everything ready and prepared when we arrived, we just had to sign on the dotted line.
I used their YouTube video to help setup homelink for our garage!

Erick Morris was very knowledgeable on the Lexus CT. He keep us informed on the delivery of the CT. We had to wait due to the problems in Japan. Erick is always friendly and helpful. My wife and I would buy another car from him.

My wife and I just purchased a certified IS 350 Convertible and were extremely pleased w/ the top level of service by our salesperson, Chris Martin, and the sales manager, Al Trojanowski, as well as the finance manager, Chris Willis, and his counterpart that also assisted us in the financing that day from Sheehy Infiniti, Chris Prender. The entire process dealing w/ everyone was great. Chris was responsive and courteous and went above and beyond even bringing in his sales manager, Al, to go the extra mile to ensure we were fully pleased w/ the car and the deal, which we of-course were. I would highly recommend the Sheehy name and their team and especially my salesperson, Chris Martin, to anyone interested in purchasing a Lexus.

Dear Paul,

Now that the dust has settled with Pam’s accident and we have had a chance to drive the new Lexus ES350 for a month I wanted to write and just say “thanks” to you and your entire staff, particularly Barbara Hoban and Chris Powell for their sterling professionalism and assistance to us in what was a traumatic time.

Without Barbara’s great help I am sure I would never even remotely understand the GPS! Thanks, Barbara! And Chris was very insightful in helping us to analyze the lease vs. purchase choice and other details of the final process.

Of course the car is just terrific and we could not be more pleased. But as you well know much more goes into the purchase of a vehicle than simply driving it out the door.

Thanks again to everyone for a truly terrific experience. The day of Pam’s accident did not begin to well, but the resolution could not have been any better. Having your wonderful dealership here in our great little “Navy” town is a huge benefit for all who live here! There are many advantages, top schools, great climate, a high class symphony & opera company, the beautiful Severn River and sailing . . . and I would surely add Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis to that list.

Dave greeted my wife and I in a very professional manner. He was not the typical "pushy salesman". He asked us the key questions that helped us decide on the best fit for our needs. Dave was also extremely helpful helping us understand the features and more important the safety features. I already recommended him which resulting in a sale on vehicle that cost over $50,000 the same day we purchased our vehicle.

My Review of Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis:
Seven months ago I made the decision to search for a certified, pre-owned Lexus LS 460 L. Since I had never purchased anything but a new car, I was nervous about doing so, but didn't want to pay the price for a new 2012, and had determined that this was car I wanted, having been a Lexus ES300 owner for the past 15 years. My local Lexus dealer was unable to find anything remotely close to my specifications (I wanted a particular color combination as well). After 7 months of waiting, I decided to look online and found a car at Sheehy that met all of my specifications. However, I was apprehensive since I live 900 miles from Annapolis, had never actually seen the car "in person", had never purchased a pre-owned car, and knew nothing about the dealership except the online reviews (which were overwhelmingly positive.) When I contacted Sheehy, Chris Martin became my salesperson, and he was able to assist me with every technical, logistical, and emotional question I threw his way. Chris Willis (Finance Director) was also extremely helpful. Both gentlemen were accessible, promptly returned phone calls, and did exactly what they promised to do, which is rare in today's times. My husband ended up flying to Annapolis and driving the car home, and the car is perfect. Although it is a 2010, you would never know that it had a prior owner, as it is in pristine condition. I can't say enough good things about this dealership, and would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in the market for a Lexus.
