Joe always has a car ready for me at drop off and when picking up he explains each and every penny of what I am being charged. My parents are now, ready to trade in the BMW's and drive only Lexus not only because of how much better the ride is in a Lexus vehicle but because of the service we have received from Joe! More

3 year old Lexus was totaled in a 4 car accident. Because of the safety features of our RX-350, there were no injuries except for a sprained ankle and bruises. From the moment I arrived at the dealer, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Chris List took me for a test drive and walked me through the technical tools of the car, paired my blue tooth phones, and provided me with the entire service history of the car. Michelle Mitchell of the business office thoroughly walked me through all of the benefits of CPO and explained the options for extended warranty-- she was gracious and patiently answered all of my technical questions. Then, the following morning voluntarily came in, even though it was her day-off, to go over the systems with my wife, and spent considerable time doing so. He then said, he would bring the RX350 to my home for us to check it out/test drive and he would point out specific features and answer our questions.
