3 year old Lexus was totaled in a 4 car accident. Because of the safety features of our RX-350, there were no injuries except for a sprained ankle and bruises. I was searching for a low mileage CPO LX 570-- the car is a low production vehichle and there were non for sale in my home state of Pennsylvania. I expanded my search radius and found the exact color and model I wanted at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis which is located two hours away from where I live. I contacted the dealer and made arrangements to purchase the car provided it was in the condition that was represented on-line. From the moment I arrived at the dealer, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Chris List took me for a test drive and walked me through the technical tools of the car, paired my blue tooth phones, and provided me with the entire service history of the car. Michelle Mitchell of the business office thoroughly walked me through all of the benefits of CPO and explained the options for extended warranty-- she was gracious and patiently answered all of my technical questions. I enjoyed my entire experience with Sheehy Lexus and would highly reccomend them-- it was worth the two+ hour drive to acquire the perfect car at a great price. More

Doug King and his assistant Shandrial Hudson make a great team. I am well satisfied with the purchase price of the vehicle I bought. Shandrial Hudson is a delightful young lady. She responded immediately to each and every question and request. Her knowledge of the systems on the purchased vehicle was impressive. She spent time going over these systems with me. Then, the following morning voluntarily came in, even though it was her day-off, to go over the systems with my wife, and spent considerable time doing so. Shandrial's enthusiasm about what she is doing is certainly noticeable. She deserves to go far in the automobile industry, and has our best wishes for continued success in the future. More

While having my car serviced, I visited the show room. Chris Martin came out immediately with a warm welcome and asked if he could assist me. I mention that I was interested in the RX350. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle 2013 and 2012 and offered a test drive. I told him that I wanted my wife to test drive with me. He then said, he would bring the RX350 to my home for us to check it out/test drive and he would point out specific features and answer our questions. He is highly knowledgeable about Lexus’s, his credibility is without compare. We can not speak highly enough of Chris Martin and have recommended him to numerous family members and friends. More

I feel he found me the the perfect Lexus, in the color I wanted ( no easy job). Chris even made sure it fit in the garage when he personally delivered it to my home. He also calls frequently to see if I have any questions and if there is anyway he can help. One of the reasons I chose this dealership was the Valet service offered to customers on the Eastern Shore. Upon walking into the dealership the atmosphere was very different than other dealers I have visited. The show room is impeccably clean and uncluttered, leaving the cars to speak for themselves. Though with a sales consultant like John Cannon that certainly wasn't necessary. I did not feel pounced on or pressured to feel as though "This deal is only good for today". I was even relaxed as Mr Cannon was professional, knowledgeable, and it seemed as if I was dealing with an old friend as he explained the IS model. Though I wasn't ready to commit to a purchase today, I will be back to deal with John again. I will also be recommending the dealership to my friends and family. Thank You, Sue Bryant More
