3 year old Lexus was totaled in a 4 car accident. Because of the safety features of our RX-350, there were no injuries except for a sprained ankle and bruises. I was searching for a low mileage CPO LX 570-- the car is a low production vehichle and there were non for sale in my home state of Pennsylvania. Upon walking into the dealership the atmosphere was very different than other dealers I have visited. The show room is impeccably clean and uncluttered, leaving the cars to speak for themselves. Though with a sales consultant like John Cannon that certainly wasn't necessary. I did not feel pounced on or pressured to feel as though "This deal is only good for today". I was even relaxed as Mr Cannon was professional, knowledgeable, and it seemed as if I was dealing with an old friend as he explained the IS model.
