I went from having the worst possible sales experience with Lexus of Towson to having a "better than I ever could have imagined" experience with Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. I gave Chris List the details of what car I was looking for and what price I was willing to pay. I said I did not want to negotiate, play games, waste time. He was very agreeable. Came up with the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay and did so very quickly. When we arrived to pick up the car, he had all of the paperwork ready to go. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Unbelievably great! And we were very impressed with the appearance of the showroom. I wouldn't even mind if I had to wait around in their waiting area for a car servicing. Very well thought out. The whole experience was too good to be true. My husband said in his 30 years of buying about 12 cars that this was by far the best experience he ever had. The knowledge of the salesman, the attention to detail, the positive can do attitude was all just terrific. He always dreads buying a car bcs. he hates the way car dealers operate. He doesn't mind spending the $$ if a dealer would be up front and honest. He has finally found a dealer who is just that. I am sure that our future purchases will be made with Sheehy. Now in all fairness, we did just get the car. So we are hoping that the car performs as well as the dealership. More

Buying a car can be very stressful, but the Sheehy team ensured that we had a pleasant experience throughout! We’d particularly like to single out Chris Martin. I first encountered Mr. Martin on my last service visit. My service associate referred him to me after I inquired about trading in my 2006 RX 400h. He talked to me about a trade-in and noted that I had bought my car at another dealership. He told me he wanted to earn my business and wanted to show me how Sheehy Lexus could provide the best deal and ongoing superior customer service. I took his card and proceeded to do research on the new car. When I called him back, we negotiated a great price & financing and basically closed the deal on the phone – relaxing & easy! We were able to come into the dealership, look at the car, finance it, have the features explained and drive it home. He also arranged to have it picked up so the tow hitch could be installed afterwards without a trip by us. A real benefit during this busy holiday season. We'd also like to thank Chris Powell. He walked us through the final numbers and arranged the best financing. Professional & pleasant throughout. The whole process was wonderful and the Sheehy team top notch. Mr. LaRochelle, the general manager is to be complimented on running a great dealership! More

I contacted this dealership because of a vehicle that I saw in their online inventory. Within moments of making my inquiry I received a call from Christopher List the Internet Sales representative at the saw in their online inventory. He was a very professional young man every single time we came in contact. Whenever I had a question for him, I would call him and if he did not answer, within 10 minutes I would receive a call back. I decided to buy their vehicle and flew up from Florida to drive it back down. Christopher went above and beyond by picking my partner and I up at the airport at our arrival time. He even had water bottles for both of us knowing we just got off a long flight. Upon arrival at the dealership he had all the paperwork ready for us to sign and drive since we had a long drive down to Florida. Everybody at the dealership was friendly and most importantly honest and not applying unnecessary pressure for us to buy a car. Being in the service industry I understand good service when I receive it and that is why I am writing this review to let anybody looking to buy from this dealership that they will receive the best of care. We have been taking our SUV to Sheehy since 2009. On our first two visits we were not to pleased with Sheeny’s customers service and consider switching to Silver Spring Lexus. On our third and possibly last first two visits we were not to pleased with Sheeny’s customers service and consider switching to Silver Spring Lexus. On our third and possibly last visit we met Ralph Velez and have been happy with their customer service since. Ralph is cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful. When we call to make an appointment, he knows who we are, and sounds excited about helping us. He makes suggestions, recommendations and answers questions in a manner that my wife and I can understand. He makes you feel like he is really interested in your customer service satisfaction and you can trust in what he says and I haven’t encountered anything differently. If we need a loner, he always has one ready for us. We feel we have found our fit thanks to Ralph Velez. Now getting our SUV serviced is not so painful. My father relocated from South Carolina to Maryland. Service on his 2006 Lexus was overdue, and the Maryland safety inspection needed to register and tag his car in the state. We scheduled an appointment at Sheehy in Annapolis who obtained the prior service records and quoted the work on the phone call. Also - without asking - they offered a loaner car at no cost - a very nice new or almost new Lexus SUV. The service staff was friendly, professional, and prompt. All of the work was completed as quoted within a few hours, including four new tires and complete service update. But subsequently after visiting the Maryland Department of Motor vehicles we realized we needed to order a front tag bracket because South Carolina only requires a rear tag. At first I was upset because after all, the dealer would need to have the brackets for each new car sold because Maryland requires both a front and rear license plate. I understood the reason when the Michelle Mitchell, Sales Manager, made it a point to explain the new brackets do not match the 2006 bumper, so I ordered the appropriate part, and it arrived the next business day.Chris Martin, heard the discussion, and he offered to bring the bracket to my fathers home and install it and the new Tags on my father's Lexus at no charge, which he arranged and completed very promptly. This was a great service as it saved me and my father considerable time, neither of us has tools or could do the installation. This excellent experience involved service and sales, and we highly recommend Sheehy Annapolis Lexus, the service staff, the new car sales manager, and especially Chris Martin. More

My wife and I just recently leased a RX-350 F Sport. We absolutely love the vehicle and it is everything you would expect with the name Lexus attached to it. Chris Martin was our sales associate and his professionalism and product knowledge was first rate. Every question we had about the car was clearly explained and Michelle Mitchell was excellent in explaining all financing and lease questions we had. We showed up late in the day and the dealership was closing at 6pm. Chris and Michelle stayed until 8pm completing paperwork and getting the vehicle ready to go. I also would like to commend the people in the service dept. that prepped the car for delivery for us that evening as they had to stay late as well. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. My wife generally drives the RX-350 and sometimes does not get home until 10pm. I enjoy driving the car so much I'll hop in it when she gets home just to go for a ride. The finest vehicle I have ever owned. More
