Jonathon also "taught" me how to drive accordingly to the vehicle size. I have been driving jeeps for years and wasn't used to compact vehicles. First I was hesitant to deal with any sales consultant , because I believed all of then want sell me something I don't want, but Mr Mohamed didn't want to sell me anything I didn't want he was there to educate me, because he provided me the future and benefit the VW has to offer. I had been looking to buy a new car for a couple months but was extremely indecisive on what I wanted and I also had a budget I wanted to stick to. A friend of mine recommended the dealership he had purcha but was extremely indecisive on what I wanted and I also had a budget I wanted to stick to. A friend of mine recommended the dealership he had purchased his new VW from, Sheehy Volkswagen of Springfield. So I decided to see what they had to offer me. The sales representative that helped me, Hussein Farzad was just wonderful to work with. I didn't know exactly what I wanted so it really helped working with someone who listened to my wants and needs and put me in a car that I was 100% suited for. He honestly saved me from all of the headaches of buying a car and wasn't pushy at all. It also helped that he knew everything and anything you would want to know about every car in the lot. So every question I had about a car, had an answer. The deals at Sheehy of Springfield were also great compared to the other dealerships I had checked out and some online deals I found. Overall, my experience was unexpectedly more than perfect! More

I took the car in for an oil change, for which I had a $20-off coupon. The service agent said there were several other things that needed to be taken care off and I agreed to also have them done. I was $20-off coupon. The service agent said there were several other things that needed to be taken care off and I agreed to also have them done. I was quoted prices for each of them. When it was time to pay the bill it was considerably higher than initially discussed, starting with the oil change that about $25 more than the amount I have paid before. The cashier was very dismissive and did not want to discuss the price of anything, responding with, "Yeah, yeah. That's how much it costs." I had to speak with the service agent who helped me earlier, Ben Ong. He was very courteous and helpful and even reduced the price of the oil change by $30. But in the end, I basically paid the normal oil price. What happened to honoring the $20 coupon I wonder? Because of the layout of the receipts, it was difficult to figure out where the extra charges were coming from. Needless to say, I will not be going to Sheehy VW again. For anyone who does get service there, make sure you know how much you will be charged ahead of time, and definitely look over your bill before you pay. More

Working with Amie Whitmore was fantastic. She is extremely friendly, competent, and knowledgable about Volkswagons without being overwhelming. By the time I decided to purchase a 2013 Jetta, I had extremely friendly, competent, and knowledgable about Volkswagons without being overwhelming. By the time I decided to purchase a 2013 Jetta, I had test driven several cars at other dealerships, and thus I can't speak to test driving or initial contact with Sheehy Volkswagon, but ultimately they had the best price I was able to find for what I was looking for in a car. Amie was very upfront with how much the car would cost me, where my money would go in terms of fees, and I really felt she did her best to honestly sell me a car I was happy with at a price I could afford. Overall, my experience on the sales end of Sheehy VW with Amie was a very pleasant, hassle-free one. More

I'd absolutely recommend this dealership without reservation. I have 16 year old twins who recently got their drivers licenses adn was in the market for a relaibble used car. I stopped by the dealership one morning on the way to work to see what they had on their lot and was greeted by Jamal Nassier. Long story short, I was impressed with the VW's we test drove, and was equally pleased with Jamal and his sales manager John Mercer, who were extremely helpful, patient and responsive and within the span of three weeks ended up purchasing a 2009 Jetta and two new Passat's. Jamal and John did a great job asking lots of questiosn to help us figure out what was really important to us and they made suggestions that demonstrated that they listened very carefully to what we had to say, and were able to identify 3 vehicles (a 2009 Jetta SE, a 2012 Passat Sport SE 3.6L and a 2013 Passat SE TDI) which fit our needs and our budgets perfectly. We traded in a 2008 Audi A6 and a 2008 Mercedes E350 and they gave us fair prices on both. Mohammed and Frank did a great job putting together very reasonable financing deals and they did so with the utmost courteousy and efficiency. I've purchased many cars in my 59 years but this was far adn away the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a car and enthusiastically recommend Sheey VW. And ask for Jamal and John. They'll take good care of you. More
