If I could give 0 stars I would. I inquired and purchased a 2017 Civic Type R and the sales process was typical. I live in CO and had an over the phone deal. Kayla was my sales assoc I inquired and purchased a 2017 Civic Type R and the sales process was typical. I live in CO and had an over the phone deal. Kayla was my sales associate and Will was the sales manager and they were both wonderful. However, finance was my biggest issue. I was told multiple times by Antoine Parker I was buying a powertrain warranty but I ended up getting a "Powertrain Wraparound" which covers literally everything but engine and transmission. I drove my car for 4 days and had to get it towed just to learn that it needed a new transmission. I had to wait 30 days for the warranty to kick in and in that time I never received my temp tag for the vehicle. Turns out they falsely advertised my warranty so I was left with a 20k bill. Fought my way out of it just for them to buy back the car and now I'm back to square one. At least I'm getting my money back. Worst dealership I've ever experience in my life. No organization, they don't know the products they are selling, and they even put the wrong address on my paperwork which delayed the process even longer. I really hope Mr. Parker can familiarize himself with the warranty's they offer and not scam more clients. Shame. More
Was promised a service done to my car & they would accommodate me with pick up/drop off since I had been given the runaround for over a year. Pick up was late & the service manager had an obvious atti accommodate me with pick up/drop off since I had been given the runaround for over a year. Pick up was late & the service manager had an obvious attitude when he arrived as he didn’t even speak. No hey, bye, how are you, just complete silence. My car should’ve been back to me by 12pm, but I see my car still sitting outside of Honda at 4pm so I decided to stop by & demand answers as I wasn’t given the courtesy of a call stating it was done hours ago or stating that they may have been running behind. All I get is a “I dropped the ball, but our accommodation to you was pick up & drop off”. Those ‘accommodations’ were obviously botched & I might as well make arrangements to get my car home myself. In no way did they try to make it right without saying they would still drop my car off (after I’m already there & made other arrangements to have my car taken home). Even under new management, there services are still horrible. 0/10 do NOT recommend Shelby Honda for car purchases or services needed. You’re better off going to the Gastonia dealership. More
