Horrible experience from the start. They first didn’t want to work with me after I found a truck that I liked. No budging on price at all. Finance manager James Moore was not upfront about the financing and added $4192 to the financing. No I was not asked if I wanted a warranty or towing or anything else. I have AAA. Do not need all that. After a phone call to Mr Moore he was very belligerent and barely let me talk. My truck is going back to today and attorney notified. Buyer be very aware about this dealership. Went to this dealership to purchase a truck. Initially was told we could not get the deal we wanted. Left the dealership. Was hounded all day with texts and calls. We bought a new Ram truck several months ago and had a wonderful experience. We decided to go back and buy a used vehicle over the weekend and it was a totally different experience. It takes us 3 hrs to wonderful experience. We decided to go back and buy a used vehicle over the weekend and it was a totally different experience. It takes us 3 hrs to get to this dealership. They tried to offer $1,000 for our trade in that is worth $6,000. When we argued this point they said that they could give us a higher amt for our trade in but then they couldnt give us the sale price of the veh. They finally offered $3,000. We were also told over the phone and prior to our arrival that interest rates were 5.6% and we had a good credit score. Well we got 11% which was higher than what we got on the truck we bought there just a few months ago AND our credit score was higher the 2nd time. We ended up getting the car but we had to put down a higher down payment then we wanted our monthly payment was higher than what we needed. Then they couldn't even fill the gas tank up for us. We will never go back. More
