Cliff and the entire Shenango Honda dealership were a pleasure to work with. Many dealerships employ high pressure sales tactics to get you to buy a car - none of that here! I had a scheduled oil change. I had initially cancelled the oil change with the woman and this man made my rescheduled appointment. I cannot help to think that this man does not like to wait on a woman yet alone a disabled woman because a man walked in after me and he took full care of him! Do all disabled people get ignored here?!? More
