My Review of Shifferly Dodge Inc:
we bought our cherokee from them in 1999, a friend of ours had also bought a new neon from them which we now bought off of her. in 2004 i traded in my cherokee at another dealer, huge mistake! my next car will be bought at shifferly's again. we did not receive the service that we did at shifferly's. even after our sale was done a couple years later shifferly's treated very well, they honored the warranty with no hassles & even let us use a car off their lot until they fixed ours, which they did not have to do. their service is very fast. i definetly recommend buying a new or used car from them.
