Sometimes there are unfortunate circumstance that occur and present themselves in a way which on the surface can appear as negligence prompting quick judgment and criticism, but later after reviewing all the facts and details of the circumstance the truth comes out where there was absolutely no negligence on anyone's part. Each member of the service team treated us with kindness, courtesy, and professionalism, and they promptly prioritize our vehicle ahead of other customers which they did not have to do. They made a tremendous effort to make the repairs in the most efficient and quickest way and did not charge anything additional for their labor and parts subsequent to the initial repair, which we truly appreciate. This dealership is honest, trustworthy, and reliable, and we would not hesitate to return in the future. We sincerely apologize for posting such a harsh review. In the end, they made it right. I purchased a Range Rover Defender in January 8th of this year and when I left the dealership the car started to overheat. I brought it back and there excuse was that the forgot to put antifreeze in the veh year and when I left the dealership the car started to overheat. I brought it back and there excuse was that the forgot to put antifreeze in the vehicle. They put antifreeze in the vehicle and 2 days later the car started to overheat. I brought I back to them and they took 2 and a half weeks to fix the issue. They provided me with no accommodation in any way. I reached out to the person that sold me the car , Chris however he was nowhere to be found. Either he didn’t come to work or he would get back to me which he didn’t. I needed a vehicle to get back and forth to work during the time they were fixing the vehicle. They made no effort in helping me and when they delivered the vehicle it still had the paper and garbage in the vehicle. I would not recommend my dog to that dealership. One more thing don’t complain to the sales manager because he is no help either. More

I was notified I was being let go the day I was supposed to take delivery and turn in my trade. I literally begged and pleaded with their staff knowing I could ever afford the payment without stable income. No sympathy, strong armed me, knew I was desperate. Kept 6K to unwind my deal. I bought my 2012 Chrysler 200 from this dealership (previous mgmt.) and have only ever had it serviced here. On more than one occasion since the new mgmt., I have had the same quality of service, exce (previous mgmt.) and have only ever had it serviced here. On more than one occasion since the new mgmt., I have had the same quality of service, excellent, as before. This time there was a delay waiting for a part. A loaner car was provided free.
