His communication and follow‑through were a big part of why I chose to move forward with the deal. After delivery, I did run into a couple of challenges involving paperwork and temporary registration. While the situation created some frustration at the time, I appreciate that Sean, the GSM, reached out personally to discuss what happened and make sure the issues were addressed. That level of follow‑up matters, and it showed they were committed to standing behind the sale even after the car had already been delivered. In the end, the sales and finance teams were knowledgeable, the deal itself was fair, and the management team made an effort to resolve the post‑sale hiccups. Remote transactions can occasionally require a bit of persistence, but Shoreline demonstrated that they’re willing to support their customers and make things right. I’d recommend working with Josh — his professionalism and communication were standout qualities throughout the process. More

I purchased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe from this dealership on April 1, and it has been the worst vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. The sales process was extremely high-pressure, and I was given misleading information. Before purchasing, I specifically asked two different dealership representatives whether there were any open safety recalls. I was told there was one recall but that it had already been taken care of. That was not true. The Jeep was delivered with approximately 5,000 more miles than what was advertised online. I also experienced a seven-week registration delay, which resulted in new license plates being mailed to me after I had specifically requested that my original plates be transferred. The vehicle was later returned to the dealership for a repair attempt and came back with the engine oil and coolant overfilled. It has now been dead in my driveway since May 2. When I attempted to involve the owner because of the ongoing issues, I was referred to the “Chief Administrator.” After requesting that the owner remain involved, I was told that wasn’t going to happen because the owner had asked him to handle the matter as a favor and had signed off on it. Communication throughout this process has been extremely difficult. I’ve had to send repeated follow-up emails just to receive updates or responses. This entire experience has been frustrating from start to finish and has left me with serious concerns about the dealership’s sales practices, communication, and customer service. I definitely don’t recommend this dealership to anyone. More
