My purchase started smoothly, but the follow‑up after delivery revealed some friction. Despite remaining calm and polite — never raising my voice or using a demeaning tone — she accused me of being rude. I simply asked if someone else could assist in obtaining the document, yet the interaction became unnecessarily hostile. Separately, getting a temporary registration proved more difficult than expected. The vehicle arrived without a temporary tag, so it was not able to be driven for almost a week, until I called back 2 business days after I was promised a resolution. The process required multiple calls before the paperwork was finally issued. That said, the sales and finance teams were professional during the purchase itself, and I still believe Shoreline CDJR offers fair deals and knowledgeable staff. My recommendation stands — but buyers should be prepared for some post‑sale persistence if documentation or registration issues arise, especially in a remote transaction situation. More

I purchased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe from this dealership on April 1, and it has been the worst vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. The sales process was extremely high-pressure, and I was given misleading information. Before purchasing, I specifically asked two different dealership representatives whether there were any open safety recalls. I was told there was one recall but that it had already been taken care of. That was not true. The Jeep was delivered with approximately 5,000 more miles than what was advertised online. I also experienced a seven-week registration delay, which resulted in new license plates being mailed to me after I had specifically requested that my original plates be transferred. The vehicle was later returned to the dealership for a repair attempt and came back with the engine oil and coolant overfilled. It has now been dead in my driveway since May 2. When I attempted to involve the owner because of the ongoing issues, I was referred to the “Chief Administrator.” After requesting that the owner remain involved, I was told that wasn’t going to happen because the owner had asked him to handle the matter as a favor and had signed off on it. Communication throughout this process has been extremely difficult. I’ve had to send repeated follow-up emails just to receive updates or responses. This entire experience has been frustrating from start to finish and has left me with serious concerns about the dealership’s sales practices, communication, and customer service. I definitely don’t recommend this dealership to anyone. More
