I bought my 2012 Chrysler 200 from this dealership (previous mgmt.) and have only ever had it serviced here. On more than one occasion since the new mgmt., I have had the same quality of service, exce (previous mgmt.) and have only ever had it serviced here. On more than one occasion since the new mgmt., I have had the same quality of service, excellent, as before. This time there was a delay waiting for a part. A loaner car was provided free. They picked me up at my home! I was not inconvenienced at all! Cost was $2 LESS than quoted. Greg was great at explaining what was happening and why. More
