Very poor ethics and claim to be genuine and family owned. You don't agree to make a sale and get all the documents prepared and ready to go to turn around and sale to someone else. Syncing my cell phone to the Ford Pass app. After a couple of months, at least, they had to replace something called a TCU so my car could sync wither the Ford Pass.
