Very well run, professional and good teamwork shown. Bob was the best salesman I've ever worked with. He was patient, long suffering (considering I didn't leave with the purchase until around 9pm), easy go was the best salesman I've ever worked with. Good work and quick service, but extremely expensive. $800 for alternator replacement is far too expensive for that job. A new alternator, not reconditioned, can be purchased for that vehicle for about $ $800 for alternator replacement is far too expensive for that job. A new alternator, not reconditioned, can be purchased for that vehicle for about $325, but Honda charges $600 for the same part. That’s not a great way to treat customers. More
