I always am impressed with Shottenkirk Honda's service department. The service personnel almost seem pleased to see you and are like family. Keri was great helping me in the Service Center as usual. My car got the attention it needed on a very busy post Memorial Day stop. Everyone was very friendly and professional on what had to have been a hectic day. Keri updated me on a couple filters I needed and an ethanol treatment that was recommended. It was the second time I worked with Keri and she is always a pleasure to work with. She has a great personality and a sense of humor which I appreciate. Most of all she knows her trade.
