A few weeks ago, I spotted a (pre-owned, under warranty) car I've wanted to own for a while now over at Honda of Cartersville. After speaking with Sales, I headed over and took the car on a test drive. And car I've wanted to own for a while now over at Honda of Cartersville. After speaking with Sales, I headed over and took the car on a test drive. And it was fine. My sales rep was courteous did her best, despite the dealership having incorrect information posted for the car I was purchasing (that we didn't catch until post-delivery when I input the VIN into the manufacturer's system to obtain access to some of the cars advanced features). The business department will take you on a journey with one of the best upsell pitches for "Shottenkirk Care" that has to make other dealerships envious. The only problem is that after that pitch and the overall sale closes, they completely ignore you. So much for all that "Shottenkirk Care." The worst experience I have had at a dealership (excluding my sales rep who was fine) since I bought a car from Marietta Mitsubishi back in the day when I had to hire attorneys to sort out their madness. I do hope that my experience is an anomaly and yours is better. More
