Presently I am having some health issues. Because of this, I asked a good friend to take my CRV to the dealership and have the necessary work done while he waited. When I phoned ahead for the appointme this, I asked a good friend to take my CRV to the dealership and have the necessary work done while he waited. When I phoned ahead for the appointment, I requested the car to also be washed prior to pickup. When the car was brought back to my home, I noticed it wasn't on the invoice. Since someone there "dropped the ball", they offered to pick up the car from me the next day and again return it to me. Now that kind of service is how to please a customer!! More
