Horrible experience! Not one promise has been kept. Absolutely will not EVER buy again from them!! The worst part is that they know and admitted to their broken promise(s) and basically just said "sorry"! Went in to purchase a truck, took the truck on a test drive it drove great looked great and I couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Or so I thought I ended up purchasing the truck. As the weather started drive it drove great looked great and I couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Or so I thought I ended up purchasing the truck. As the weather started to get warmer out I took the truck to the car wash and after it went through the car was paint started falling off. I contacted my salesperson and told him what was going on. My sales person and I talked about not seeing any issues when I test drove the truck initially he then had his collision center quote me on what it was going to cost me to have the damage fixed. After paying$1,700 dollars worth of repairs you can tell the job was rushed as there is still defects in the paint. Needless to say they have lost my business and I will no longer be referring anyone to this dealer. More

Gave us a better deal than originally promised. Had the vehicle that we wanted. Then helped work out a key problem (mixup that left us with one key for our new vehicle and one to another vehicle on their l vehicle that we wanted. Then helped work out a key problem (mixup that left us with one key for our new vehicle and one to another vehicle on their lot) promptly and at minimum pain to us - even though we purchased our Compass long distance and flew in to get it - not discovering the key issue until we were over 1000 miles away.
