Making appointments is pointless as you'll just spend even more time due to having to explain everything that your appointment notes already said. They don't look at it. Wait times for basic service such as tire rotations can vary from 30 minutes to 4 hours. If you leave the dealership while your vehicle is being serviced make sure you call to check in periodically. They have closed the shop up with my car being done for hours but never notified me and left for the night. More
