This dealership is absolutely amazing, especially the service department! Even more so Sherry Parker, THE BEST service producer there is!! I'm a mail carrier and was unfortunate to get three flat tires w service department! Even more so Sherry Parker, THE BEST service producer there is!! I'm a mail carrier and was unfortunate to get three flat tires with nails in them. Luckily I purchased a tire and wheel warranty when I bought the vehicle, and she took care of me beyond any service provider I've ever dealt with! Not only did she work with the warranty company to get the three tires replaced, but she ended up getting the fourth one replace as well! She jumped through several hoops to make this happen and made sure that she got me taken care of! There were a few paperwork issues with the warranty company (a non Toyota company), so my car had to be there overnight. With that being said, every time I called to check on it she remembered my name and was so friendly and warm and welcoming! She also reached out to me quite a few times to let me know the status. She is absolutely wonderful and deserves a raise! She runs around like a chicken with her head cut off, but she is amazing at what she does. By the end of the day, she gets all her ducks in a row and gets them out the door! :) 5/5 stars for sure!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More
