This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. This dealership is a joke and will be reported to the Texas attorney general and BBB. I am shocked at how I was treated and lied to. Not only that but paid fees that were not included in price until I had already submitted the credit application and stuck paying the bogus fees. Toyota is also aware of this situation and will be dealing with the matter. So unprofessional and rude. I can’t believe this dealership is even open with the way they treat their customers. Terrible! We bought two Tundras from them when they were Durant Toyota. Durant sold out to Shottenkirk. We went back to buy a 4Runner. They tried to sell us one with 4K miles on it as a NEW car. Amazing experience!!! I went across the street to get coffee at HEB and grocery shop while I waited for my car. Sherry Parker, the service associate I was working with called to say my car was ready. We got no updates on the vehicle status and got the vehicle back filthy with mud all over it. The location of the seat heater buttons installed was horrible.
