GREAT DEALERSHIP!!! This is my third car and I am very happy with all the service provided by them. Repairs are usually done within a day unless they need to order a part. Scott in the service department is a staple of the dealership ;). Oh... Max in sales was really helpful and went above and beyond. They have lots of cars to choose from. When I first looked for a car I was going to check out a honda dealership first... glad I didn't because I think you get so much more out of a VW. More

I bought a used car from this dealership. The car I purchased was not even a VW. Everyone I spoke with on staff was very polite and friendly. They were helpful with price negotiations and offered a fai purchased was not even a VW. Everyone I spoke with on staff was very polite and friendly. They were helpful with price negotiations and offered a fair trade in value on my Altima. I periodically go back for routine service needs and have had no major problems. if you are looking to buy, repair or service your car at shrewsbury motors(VW dealer) do not waste your time.
