I couldn't have been happier with the service I received at Kirby. I walked onto the lot a little nervous and anxious as my current financial situation is not the best. I definitely did not think I would walk away with a car that day. Well, my worries and anxiety were quickly settled when I began chatting with Vinnie. He was so gracious and understanding...and honest! There was no pressure or "salesman" approach at all...just a genuine desire to help me out and give me the best possible deal for my current situation. The dealership took a look at my old car (which wasn't in the best shape) and offered a trade in that exceeded my expectations by a long shot. I got an amazing deal on a pre-owned car and the management team really bent over backwards to get me the best deal and workedwith my credit. I've never felt so at home at an auto dealership. Two hours later, I ended up driving away with a beautiful Chrysler Sebring and--most importantly--peace of mind. I couldnt be happier with my 2012 Dodge Durango that I purchased a few months ago. I took it into the service department a couple of days ago and found out there was a coolant leak. Omg!
