went to get a brake job front and rear.. was called on the phone and informed that i need all 4 rotors... after arguing that they have never been turned before they decided that they could turn the rears the phone and informed that i need all 4 rotors... after arguing that they have never been turned before they decided that they could turn the rears but not the fronts... that they were cracked... upon picking up mmy vehichle i retrieved the old rotors and took them to 4 other brake specialist who all agree that i did not need rotors... after complaining to the service manager.. he refuses to do anything about it... i will be taking them to small claims court and making sure non of my friends go to Simi Valley Ford again... More

Went twice and left the second time without getting any service. Stay clear of this place- rude , not customer oriented, obnoxious, slow and they make up the rules as they go along. Let me start by saying that I do not have a problem with Humberto. He was a very nice young man. Now my experience. I had heard so much hype about the Fusion Hybrid that I wanted to try it out. I went directly to the showroom - where noone greeted me. The man I later learned was the Sales Manager looked at me and ignored me. I looked at the vehicles on the showroom floor - still noone greeted me. I then exited a side door to the new car lot. After spending 10-15 minutes looking at 5 or 6 cars, still noone approached me. I decided to check out their used cars. Still noone came out to me. Back to the new Fusions, with no better luck. Finally, when I started approaching the Mustangs, Humberto came out and greeted me. By now I had been on their lot at least 20-25 minutes. While he was a very nice young man the visit did not get any better. Suffice it to say that the sales manager was an **#$##& (that's idiot). I will never go back to this dealer and would not recommend them to anyone. More

I took my truck for an Oil Change and tire rotation. I was told by Mike to wait as this can be done within an hour. After 2 hours I was told it will take another 30 minutes. I left. The service was not yet done. I left...again. Finally I got a call at 3;15 PM. By the time I got picked up and the truck was brought to the front office it was almost 4 PM. This job took approximately 5.5 hours and your service man was rude rather than being appologetic for lying to me twice. I sincerely doubt if they even did the tire rotation. Will I buy a car from this dealership? I guess not. Will I be back for service? Not if I can help it but then again the next nearest dealer is about 10 miles. I'll try to avoid this dealership. Mike.
