This place does a good job in a timely manner. Their constant up-sell of service is a pain. Latest is A/C duct sanitizing for $165. It's oil not gold. More

I’ve mentioned it before, but it’s worth saying again—I live in Westlake Village and still make the drive t service department at Simi Valley Toyota. The team is consistently professional, reliable, and makes the process smooth every time. One suggestion: it would be nice if the survey included Service Department employees as well, since the Sales Department does not apply to my visits. More
