As always, I had another great experience with the service department at Simi Valley Toyota. I’ve mentioned it before, but it’s worth saying again—I live in Westlake Village and still make the drive t service department at Simi Valley Toyota. The team is consistently professional, reliable, and makes the process smooth every time. One suggestion: it would be nice if the survey included Service Department employees as well, since the Sales Department does not apply to my visits. More

I thought the service was good but to charge me $165. 00 for a oil change and multi point inspection on a Camry with a 4 cylinder engine in mint condition was extremely high! Then you wanted 200 to adj 00 for a oil change and multi point inspection on a Camry with a 4 cylinder engine in mint condition was extremely high! Then you wanted 200 to adjust my rear drum parking brake. For reference I only pay 120 for an oil change on my v8 truck that takes 9 quart and they do a multi point inspection also at the Chevy dealership. Thanks for the service but you need to consider dropping your rates on simple things like this. If you provide good prices for regular maintenance people are more inclined to feel better paying for bigger repairs when they are needed. I do hope you take this into consideration because at this rate I can’t use your service department for oil changes anymore. Kind regards, Don More
