Simms Chevrolet once again shines with customer service. I recently had an issue with my late model Chevy. The dealership took me rite in, tentatively diagnosed the issue and keeping the car overnight fixed I recently had an issue with my late model Chevy. Their customer waiting lounge is always very clean with many amenities like big screen TV, Desktop with computer and plenty of comfortable seats. Along with always stocked snacks and coffee/tea. They are very professional in diagnosing the problem and explaining the solution to it. No one looks forward to visiting the dentist or the auto dealership. But my visits to Simms Chevy have always left me with a smile on my face. Keep up the good work. More
