Horrible! I HAVE TO SAY THAT IT WAS NOT A VERY ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME, I AM VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE SITUATION THAT I AM IN WITH THIS CAR. I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A CAR NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND YOUR BUSINESS FOR ANYONE. I DID GET ANOTHER OPINION FROM ANOTHER REPUTABALE DEALERSHIP THAT OFFERED ME MORE THAN YOUR TRADE IN, BUT UNFORTUNATLEY THE ROLL OVER WILL STILL BE TOO MUCH, SO THEY TOLD ME TO DRIVE IT FOR A YEAR AND COME BACK IN AND THEY WOULD HELP ME. SO HOPEFULLY NOTHING ELSE WILL GO WRONG WITH THAT PIECE OF CRAP THAT YOU SOLD ME, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOU AND THE COMPANY THAT YOU WORK FOR. IF I KNEW THAT I WOULD BE TREATED IN SUCH A WAY I WOULD HAVE NEVER GAVE YOU MY BUSINESS. I ONLY CAME THERE BECAUSE OF T-BONE. I CAN’T SEE HOW A PERSON CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING THAT THEY SCREWED OVER SOME ONE. YOU SOLD ME THE CAR WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT IT WAS A GM CERTIFIED VEHICLE THAT HAD BEEN PROPERLY CHECKED OUT BEFORE YOU SOLD IT, BUT I FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE THAT WAS THE CASE SINCE I HAD TO RETURN IT FOR MAJOR REPAIRS AT LEAST SIX TIMES IN LESS THAN THIRTY DAYS. AND YOU HAD THE AUDACITY TO ATTEMPT TO CHARGE ME FOR THE REPAIRS. SIMS CHEVROLET IN CLIO IS NOT A REPUTABLE CAR DEALERSHIP I HAVE HAD MY CAR FOR LESS THEN THREE MONTHS AND IT HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP AT LEAST SIX TIMES. More
