DANGER STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to simpson for the first time six months ago and thought there where great. I had a major engine issue with my 2008 yukon and it was under warrenty so they fixe for the first time six months ago and thought there where great. I had a major engine issue with my 2008 yukon and it was under warrenty so they fixed it with no problem. Then about a week ago my yukon just stop working. I went back, Via tow truck. When i spoke to the service deparment they said that my warrenty had expired and there was nothing they could do. Even though it was the same thing that broke. They do not stand buy there work. More

The guys at Simpson have never "rolled their eyes" at me when I presented issues that were occurring with my 2008 Acadia, as another local dealer did. They worked hard to explore why things were happening, when I presented issues that were occurring with my 2008 Acadia, as another local dealer did. I have been going to simpson for three years. I have always sworn by there work and thought they were the greatest guys. Boy was I wrong. They are a bunch of thieves. I had my sun roof repaired by them always sworn by there work and thought they were the greatest guys. Boy was I wrong. They are a bunch of thieves. I had my sun roof repaired by them a few years ago while my truck was still under warranty. The first time it rained my sun roof leaked so I took it in. I was told that it was a drain that was pluged and they cleared it for free. I was very happy, but being in southern california it does not rain much so I could not really tell if they fixed the problem. So the next time it rained it leaked again so I took my truck into them. They did the same bandaid and I thought it was ok. Today I went in because we have been getting a lot of rain and my roof was leaking real bad. Now that my truck has 100,000 miles and I am way out of my warranty they told me that I have a bad sunroof and its going to cost $900 to reseal it, and if they need to replace it, it would cost $2200. So if you are looking for a great dealership to buy a GMC or a place to have it serviced DO NOT GO TO SIMPSON. More
Service manager kept me informed daily on progress on the service required. The part required to replace the transition control module was unavailable from GM and required ten days to be completed which was service required. There was a rental car available during this period which helped with my transportation needs. More
All of my required service issues were taken care of in one day in a very friendly and professional manner. We were involved in the Saturn Vue Hybrid battery recall. We decided to try a local GM dealership, Simpson GM. It took 3 months to get a replacement battery, and Jay Malloy hung in there with us the entire We decided to try a local GM dealership, Simpson GM. Once the battery arrived, Jay and James Simpson worked with us to get the battery put in and allow us a rental car while it was being replaced.
