I am so glad I contacted Randy and made the purchase with Simpson Chevrolet!! I was so impressed by their professionalism! They facilitated the majority of the process online, so there was very little paperwork to do when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, saving my valuable time. The vehicle was ready at the time we had set, clean and in showroom condition. Tyler did a fantastic job, dealing with the last bits of paperwork and then showing me the car and setting up all the software in it for me. I especially appreciated the free Uber ride service they offer, which made dropping off and picking up my car incredibly convenient. However, I was a little disappointed that my car wasn't washed after the service. While I understand that not all services include a wash, it's a nice touch that many dealerships offer, and it would have completed the experience. Despite this minor detail, I would still recommend Simpson Chevrolet for their excellent customer service and efficient maintenance. I'll definitely consider returning for future services." More
