I just bought a 2024 2500HD. Anthony Listorti, our salesman, did an outstanding job ensuring all of my questions were answered. This a "no haggling" process, and no pressure tactics, however I did use Edmunds used cars .com website that helped me get a lower price. The salesman Brendan Veringen (sp) was very courteous and helpful about explaining the benefits and features of the Highlander, I will have a lot of learning to catch up on new technology. Also included with the purchase at no extra cost is a lifetime powertrain warranty and a paint and interior fabric treatment with a 1 year warranty. The two of them provide a lot of extra value More

Twice I have gone there with set appointment twice. First time I was told they were backed up and had to leave car for up to 2 days. Very disappointed by the false advertising to bring me into the store. I am here to buy the truck and that said that is not the correct price even though I'm here now and it's still showing that advertise into the store.
