James did a wonderful job, going above and beyond the scope of what he needed to do for helping us with our car. He was knowledgeable and helpful in getting to the crux of the issue. I wish more people w scope of what he needed to do for helping us with our car. He was knowledgeable and helpful in getting to the crux of the issue. I wish more people were as honest and hard working as James in this world. Thank you Sir Walter and James for your service. More
I purchased my 2007 Pontiac Solstice GXP back in April from Tom and had an excellent experience. I live in Massachusetts and Tom and the team made my experience seamless. Very honest group of guys here I from Tom and had an excellent experience. I live in Massachusetts and Tom and the team made my experience seamless. Derek confirmed the list of tasks I'd brought the La Cross in for, and the crew did a lot of work in a short amount of time. I was fortunate enough to sit with a fellow veteran in the waiting area. He a Cross in for, and the crew did a lot of work in a short amount of time. I was fortunate enough to sit with a fellow veteran in the waiting area. He and I reminisced about our days in Vietnam. Sir Walter Chevrolet seems to attract customers who are as congenial as the staff! More
Bought our new 2024 Surburban, check engine light came on the next day, was in the shop for a new fuel rail replacement. That was fixed and then vehicle began having a very rough idle. Brought it back in, wh the next day, was in the shop for a new fuel rail replacement. That was fixed and then vehicle began having a very rough idle. Brought it back in, where they tried over the course of several days to gaslight us and say nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Technician openly lied and said he sat in a identical vehicle and “it felt the same” but when we asked to sit it in, he back peddled and said the “vehicle was cold and wouldn’t feel the same.” Hence, he lied about sitting in the other vehicle and it feeling the same, otherwise it wouldn’t be cold. We’ve had to advocate and push for further diagnostics, the service department and dealership drags their feet to do the bare minimum. Vehicle has been in the shop for 13 days out of the less than two months of ownership with it likely to stay there another 5. The individual working on the car is a brand new mechanic with no experience working with the Duramax engine and basically they have to consult GM corporate for everything. The honest and best practice for Sir Walter Chevy to do would be to buy the vehicle back at purchase price. But they are doing everything in their power to be evasive and sleazy. More
Terrible experience! Manager lied about what he could do, then less than 24 hours he can do it and has the salesperson call me…but only can get the deal for that day only Manager lied about what he could do, then less than 24 hours he can do it and has the salesperson call me…but only can get the deal for that day only. Expects you to drop anything you are doing and run back to the dealership on a deal that could have been done the previous day. More
