I, like most, am dealing with a financial hardship in this economy. I went to Honda as I know they are long lasting, dependable cars that get good gas mileage but not knowing if I would qualify for a loa this economy. After giving all the necessary criteria to the dealership the car salesman worked diligently to put me in a very nice and affordable car I was completely happy to drive off the lot. I left there with no reservations and had all my questions answered. There was no pressure and haggling you might find at most dealerships. Very comfortable environment and never felt embarrassed of my finical situation. Thank you again Honda of Bartlesville. It made a very time sensitive and stressful situation end on a very positive note. I will definitely return for the trade in of this one and the purchase of a newer one in the future. More

I am rather perplexed by these negative reviews, my experience was quite the opposite. I had researched the car that I wanted (2012 CR-v) and requested a quote via. their web site. After receiving the quote (best price out of about four requests) I called and talked to the sales person. They did not have the one that we wanted so we gave them a deposit (earnest money) and they located one and had it there in about ten days. When we picked the car up they were very thorough hitting on the high points of the owners manual and service schedule. We were in and out of finance in about 15 minutes. Over all I rate this as one of my better car buying experiences. Every person that I talked with was polite and helpful. We drove from the Tulsa area to get the car at the right price and I have no regrets. I can't comment on the service dept. since I have not used it yet. People are more apt to write reviews when they are dissatisfied about something and not when things go well. I normally don't do reviews but I was compelled to write this one after seeing the ones that their experiences were quite different than mine. More
