I purchased a new CRV over 6 months ago. I scheduled an oil change and went to my appointment. The service mechanic said I don’t need a change yet and contact my advisor. My wife and I are Sussman Honda refugees and had a bad experience with both Service Departments that subsequently bought Sussman (Honda of Abington, then Fred Beans). Especially it's Service Department which have done two repairs we are pleased with, and in particular my new Service Rep Dan Mccarthy who is a personable, professional, and in my estimation honourable man who does not attempt to gouge a customer past more than needs to be fixed ...
