My Review Of Sloane Toyota Scion of Devon:
This is, by far, the best car buying experience that I have ever had in my life. My salesman, Mohamed Sid'ahmed, courteously greeted me at the door. He did not sit at his desk and "size me up" through the windows as I approached-an experience that I've had previously when trying to buy cars. I am a lone female and have been dreading this experience for months. Although I consider myself somewhat intelligent, I also feel that I am mechanically-challenged and vulnerable at car dealerships. This was the first time that I have ever felt respected, listened to, and treated like someone with a brain at a dealership.
Mohamed stayed within my budget and provided excellent car choices. He valued my time and did not torture me with the typical car dealer games and "double-talk". He was very genuine, ethical, and honest about my options.
When it was time to do the paperwork, everything was thoroughly and patiently explained. When it was time to take my car home, Mohamed had the gas tank filled and had service drive my new car to my home.
Mohamed is now my car salesperson for life and I would highly recommend him and his dealership. Because of my sales experience, I will definitely be using the service department.
The whole experience was unbelievably positive and painless! I am still pinching myself because I can't believe that it wasn't a dream.
