We’ve taken our 2024 Acura MDX to this dealership for one of their routine maintenance programs. We need oil change tire rotation, and they inspected it while we were there. My husband noticed after he had l of their routine maintenance programs. We need oil change tire rotation, and they inspected it while we were there. My husband noticed after he had left the dealership that they in fact did not rotate the tires, but we were charged for it. I called the service department and told them my husband would be returning with my car to have the tires rotated. My husband marks the tires because this has happened to us before at other tire companies so he returned. He talked to the service manager. The service manager said he would have to check their video to see if in fact, my husband was correct. When he checked the video, his service technician did indeed not rotate the tires. So my husband waited they apparently rotated the tires. When my husband checked when they were done, they had not rotated the tires for the second time. They only rotated one of them, one of the rear tires. Neglected to rotate the other rear tire. Much to my husband‘s disappointment he was very upset. I was upset. The service manager did offer to pay for the tire rotation and oil change, which we gladly accepted. And he did offer to give us a free tire rotation and oil change at our next visit. They did have to watch a video the second time because once again they didn’t believe my husband with his rims marked clearly. You can decide whether you wanna have service at this dealership. More
The employees are rude to customers they don’t greet the customer, or ask if they need help. They interrupt customers when they’re talking to other employees. No please or thank you. For the amount of money that someone spends at this dealership the employees can at least be polite. Just because they’re the only Acura dealership in the area is not an excuse.
