I have bought three brand new Fords from the dealership beginning in 2011 (F-350). On the last purchase, I was cheated of more than $1000. The current management attempted to charge me close to $2000 dol beginning in 2011 (F-350). On the last purchase, I was cheated of more than $1000. The current management attempted to charge me close to $2000 dollars for a full size spare tire for my 2025 Maverick. As far as I can tell, the normal cost for this tire is about $700. After a scathing review on the Ford website, the refunded me $400. I took it as I thought that was the best I could do. Three new vehicles purchased and they still tried to cheat me.
