I told Justin that we would be back to buy our next new car from him, little did I know that in less than a year we would be purchasing a second new car. Changed my entire opinion of the dealership experiance. I have always had the expected dealership experience with other dealerships. Relentlessly being hounded by sales people that don't listen to the custo I have always had the expected dealership experience with other dealerships. Relentlessly being hounded by sales people that don't listen to the customers needs or concerns and only care about telling you what ever they have to in order to get your credit information, in order to see if your worth there time. So needless to say going into this my expectations were not great, however I have never been so wrong. From the start Justin was incredibly patient, honest and understanding with my situation and did everything he could to make the best possible experience. Only once my concerns were taken care of did they even try to get what they needed. Justin and DJ set the bar so much higher I strongly doubt that I will ever need to deal with anyone else. More
