Since video wasn't watched and I can't respond with link I was sent: 1. Tammy groody said I would get a key if I closed complaint. No key, no contact, no follow up. 2. Gasper told me I was getting a key but it was locked up. Emails are in video. 3. I never asked for the extra warranty but was given it and not told. 4. There was a spare tire and it was taken out. 5. Wasn't told price of car even though I asked many times. Found out after I bought it. Very sneaky. Yes I was lied to several times. Watch the video. More
