My Review of Sons Acura:
Darell was great very knowledgeable and very prompt! He responded to my email when I couldn't sleep (10:30pm) He was the 1st dealer to respond with a real email that answered my questions I went for a test drive and bought the next day! Even though they weren't the cheapest they were the fastest and the nicest. My finance guy was nice to He always speaks when I come in for service. It took 3 days before I got real emails from everyone else. My wife Loves her Acura. I've had my car for 4 months I'm on my 2nd Oil Change and the Service is Great too! We are now looking for a MDX so I'm going back!!

My Review of Sons Acura:
After visiting car dealers for a little over 2 months all around Atlanta, I was extremely skeptical of car dealers in general. I had been through some interesting ordeals from some very reputable dealers. One other dealer was about to sell me a certified MDX, when luckily my wife noticed that the PAINT DIDN'T MATCH on two of the doors!!! I didn't trust ANY dealer. I corresponded to Donna at Sons about a particular vehicle, and she claimed just like everyone else that I would have a good experience at their dealership. Donna's promise was different than the other dealers because it was the only one that was ACTUALLY TRUE. I can't say enough good things about my experience. When I called Al to tell him I was stopping by (just for a quick look), he gave me directions and asked what kind of car I was driving. I told him I wasn't far away, and when I pulled onto the lot he was outside the store waiting for me. He was well spoken, polite, knowledgable and most importantly completely respectful of me as a customer, and any questions or concerns I had. While looking at the car, I was very honest with what my best offer would be, with fear that it would be too low. I basically told him this so I could find out if it was even worth continuing to look at this car, or just move on to a lesser car. We traded prices ONCE..yes ONCE, while standing in the parking lot, and as it turned out that was the ONLY negotiating I had to endure. Sons was great with the price they gave me. From the moment I pulled in to the time I drove the car off the lot several days later, I never felt pressured with these people. It was fantastic. After discussing "what if" prices, SONS allowed me to drive the car overnight. Anything I needed or requested about the car (such as the SONS maintenance records on the car) were immediately produced...something I had struggled with at some of the dealerships I'd been to. I met Reggie (Manager) during my visits to the dealership, and I found him to be friendly, very helpful in getting anything I needed, and true to his word. I told him how nice it was to have such a different experience from the other dealerships and he thanked me and stated simply "We don't believe in pressuring anybody around here."

I researched on my own and learned about the maintenance that was done on the vehicle by the previous owner, and in short, we got a GREAT GREAT MDX at a GREAT price and I am absolutely pleased with the whole deal. That is how you SHOULD feel when you buy a car. I was 99% complete with a transaction at a different dealer about a month before this, and I remember that sinking feeling of wondering whether I was getting taken. Fortunately for me, I broke the deal off and later found Sons Acura. I would absolutely buy another car from Sons.

My Review of Sons Acura:
I recommended a friend from Delta Air Lines to contanct Ms. Leslie Duncan for his new purchase of an Acura TSX. He is foriegn an was afraid of car dealers. I assured him Ms. Duncan would take good care of him. I am proud to say he bought his car with the highest quality customer service and was very impressed with the whole dealership experience! They made it quick and easy to do business and he is totally satisfied with all aspects of the buying experience! Doing business with "Sons" auto group is a pleasure and they treat you like family and I'll be doing business with them soon when I trade my car. My friend loves his new TSX and it could not have gone any better than our experience with Sons Acura!

Serge was very friendly, easy to talk to, and honest. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner, even when he had to consult with managers for an answer. He followed up after every communication. He was professional and polished, and he took a personal interest in us. I would definitely recommend working with him.

My Review of Sons Acura:
From the moment I first sent an email through the SONS Acura website, Serge has proven to be a very helpful and professional salesman. He was always courteous and always conscientious of the value of my time. He was direct, but honest. Throughout the negotiations and even after the purchase was made, Serge always took note of my questions and concerns and immediately followed up with me. Besides a professional sales experience, Serge was also friendly and easy to get along with. While waiting for decisions from management and finance, Serge was able to keep the experience pleasurable by chatting and making himself available to us.

I would recommend Serge as a salesman to anybody, but also as a key player in the development of technology within auto sales. He had a lot to say about the power of internet sales and how the internet affected the auto business in today's age. I believe he's heading in the correct direction and will bring success, not only to himself, but to the entire auto group he is working with.

my experience at sons acura was great from the moment i sent an email inquiry. i was promptly answered, and given many choices and selections. darrell jones was my sales person, and he was wonderful through out the process. i met the owner, and he was very appreciative of my business, which was a surprise! i have gone in for my first oil change, and the service was good

My Review of Sons Acura:
They pride themselves on using "no salespeople". However, I am not sure they have perfected this system. We dealt with a total of 9 people in this transaction. It was very confusing as none of the people knew what the other people promised/said. The deal we recieved was decent, but it was difficult getting there.
